Lorna Jane’s Move, Nourish, Believe Challenge – Week 2:
Nourish Your Body ~
Day 1: Meatless Monday. Today was all about going meatless! Kale Veggie Quinoa Soup was the highlight of my day.
Day 2: Take Your Lunch to Work Day. Working from home has its advantages – every day is take your lunch to work day for me and I love that. Leftover soup for me!
Day 3: Share your food journal. I gave up counting calories, macros, grams, etc. a long time ago. But writing down what you eat or even taking pictures can be great to see how you’re doing.
Day 4: Smoothie Day! Easy for me – I start pretty much every day with a smoothie! Love all the millions of healthy green good combinations out there.
Day 5: Go Raw. I have to say that’s not something I do every day. I love a shredded cabbage salad though. Red cabbage is so vibrant. Healthy, Whole foods can be so beautiful.
