And…my favorite Chocolate-Green Smoothie!
Today, I’m sharing the actual recipe for my Recipe for Success – try it and I know you’ll start your day off perfectly!
- 1 serving of your favorite high-quality Chocolate Whey Protein (I use USANA’s Chocolate Whey)
- About 8 ounces of Water or Almond Milk
- 1/2 of a Frozen Banana
- 3-4 Ice Cubes
- Handful of Spinach
- Optional: a teaspoon of all-natural peanut butter, some frozen raspberries to change it up, some egg whites to add more protein and make the smoothie frothier.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend it up.
A Low-Glycemic Breakfast to start your successful day.
After all, breakfast is THE most important meal of the day.
